My fee structure is:

• $700 + travel expenses - This includes spending the day together and discussing your options and my ideas. If you come visit me, then the fee will be $500.

Obviously, I would like to come and see your location. However, through images, description of location and demographic studies, I do not need to see your location. I will also perform follow up phone calls and e-mails when you're trying to open your business and after you open. I want you to succeed as much as you do. We'll try and get there together.
