If you go bankrupt they will simply put another franchisee in your location for 20 cents on the dollar. If you spent $500,000.00 on a build out and equipment and you close your doors what do you think you can sell everything for. Just what I stated earlier, about 20 cents on the dollar. So a new franchisee comes in and buys everything for $100,000.00. With the reduced debt service chances are the new owner will make it work. Hopefully this won't happen to you.
