What is a franchise start-up consultant? 

We are a company that will advise you on every aspect of starting your own business. It can be a franchise or a new business. If you're starting up a business for the first time, it can be a daunting challenge to say the least.

Most people will tell you it is their dream to own their own business. Remember that dream can easily turn into a nightmare. Franchises report that 95% of all franchises are successful, while non-franchise start-ups have a 60% failure rate in the first five years. As a rule, franchises do better than mom and pop start-ups for the obvious reasons, i.e. name recognition, superior operations, and marketing to name a few. 

When you own a franchise, the quality of your product and operations are given that you must excel or close your doors. It's very important to know everything about the franchise you are getting involved with to keep from getting burned. You have to also recognize that there are things out of your control such as: road construction, the chain going bankrupt, closing or not being run properly, another store in the chain poisoning someone with a food-borne illness, etc. Many franchises tend to exaggerate how many franchises they actually have operating. You have to go into the process informed and educated so they don't take advantage of you. These are just a few of the things that I will consult on with you.
